Therapy
Consultation - Free
Therapy starts with a free 15 minute consultation. This gives us time to talk about what you want to get out of therapy, have your questions answered, and to see if I’m the right therapist for you and your needs.
Initial Therapy Intake - $185
The initial therapy intake session usually lasts for 60 minutes. We will talk about your therapy goals, discuss scheduling and payment, and make sure intake paperwork is completed.
Therapy- $165 per session
Therapy is recurring on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on where we are in the therapeutic process. Most sessions range from 45-60 minutes.

Clinical supervision
I am a board approved clinical supervisor in the state of Iowa, and I have experience providing clinical supervision hours for LMSW, t-LMHC and t-LMFT clinicians seeking independent licensure.
Being able to support new clinicians during the learning/growing process has been one of my favorite professional experiences. I believe in providing a space for asking questions without judgement, celebrating the wins, validating the challenges, and reframing situations from a different lens.
Supervision occurs weekly and group supervision occurs twice a month (minimum of two participants necessary). Can be held in person or virtually.
Individual: $100 per hour
Group: $50 per person/hour
